Maria Nudelman practices out of the firm’s New York office, prosecuting corporate governance and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients.

Prior to her role at BLB&G, Maria worked as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, focusing on complex commercial, securities, and antitrust litigation, internal and government investigations, and regulatory proceedings.

Maria received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and authored the article “Who Owns the Scythian Gold? The Legal and Moral Implications of Ukraine and Crimea's Cultural Dispute.” During this time, she also interned for the Honorable Arthur F. Engoron of the New York State Supreme Court. Maria graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in International Studies and Russian Studies.
