Kelly Hogan practices out of the firm's New York office and prosecutes securities fraud and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Kelly was an associate at a prominent national law firm, where he worked on complex litigation matters, including financial services disputes, securities-related class actions, and general commercial litigation. Previously, Kelly served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Patty Shwartz in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the Hon. Rosemary Gambardella in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
Kelly earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as a Leadership Fellow. He graduated cum laude from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Food Science/Dietetics.
