Jess Rivera plays a key part in developing and building out BLB&G's attorney and staff training, mentoring, performance management, and DEI initiatives as part of the Human Resources team. In collaboration with the firm’s Diversity Committee, Jess leads the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion initiative, which focuses on embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into the firm’s day-to-day operations. She works closely with BLB&G leadership and other strategic teams to support the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Jess served as an Attorney Development Specialist as well as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at Ropes & Gray. She previously held related positions at two large law firms, where she oversaw professional development, mentorship, and attorney training initiatives.
Jess obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
