Jason Nagel, an associate in BLB&G’s securities litigation practice, prosecutes securities fraud and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. Jason practices out of the firm’s New York office.
Before joining the firm, Jason was an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where he practiced broad-based complex commercial litigation representing corporate minority shareholders, private equity firms, and hedge funds. He also previously served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Gary Stein of the Southern District of New York.
Jason received his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. in International Relations from the College of William & Mary. While in law school, Jason was an Alexander Fellow to the Honorable Loretta A. Preska of the Southern District of New York.
