Gloria J. Medina, a BLB&G associate, prosecutes complex disputes as part of the firm’s Complex Torts and Impact Litigation Practice Group. She is based in the firm’s New York office.
Recognized for her outstanding work in complex litigation, Gloria has been named a 2026 Law360 “Rising Star” and has been selected by The American Lawyer as a “Most Promising Newcomer” Award Finalist.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Gloria was an associate at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP, where she litigated numerous data privacy and consumer protection class actions, and served as lead trial associate in a significant data privacy case, securing a jury verdict for the plaintiffs. Previously, she was an associate at Rivkin Radler LLP, focusing on commercial litigation and arbitration, and served in the Chambers of Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York as part of the Alexander Fellows Program at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Gloria received her J.D. and Advanced Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief for the Dispute Resolution Competition Honor Society and was selected to compete in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She holds her B.A. in philosophy from Wellesley College.
