Gabriel Cohen

Gabriel Cohen is a BLB&G associate prosecuting securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. He is based in the firm’s New York office.

Gabe is currently serving as a key member of BLB&G teams litigating several high-impact cases, including a class action arising from misconduct in Wells Fargo’s cash sweep program and securities class actions involving Lamb Weston Holdings, Dentsply Sirona, and Kyndryl Holdings.

Gabe rejoined the firm after serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Paul S. Diamond of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He previously participated in BLB&G’s 2023 Summer Associates program.

Gabe graduated magna cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law and founded and served as President of the Plaintiffs’ Law Association. During this time, he also interned at the New York State Office of the Attorney General’s Environmental Protection Bureau and the New York City Department of Social Services. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern University, graduating cum laude.
