Clara Crenshaw is an associate in BLB&G’s securities litigation practice, where she prosecutes securities fraud and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. Clara is based in the firm’s New York office.

Prior to joining BLB&G, Clara was a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, where she represented domestic and international clients in securities and mass tort class actions, regulatory investigations, and general commercial litigation. Clara also completed a secondment at Barclays, where she worked in the Litigation, Investigations, and Enforcement group. She previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Priscilla Richman, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Clara received her J.D. in 2021 from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. in 2018 in International Relations & Global Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
