Lauren practices out of the firm’s Los Angeles office, where she prosecutes class and direct actions on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. She is currently a member of the teams prosecuting securities class actions against NVIDIA Corporation, Impinj, Inc., Teva Opt Out, Centene and Qualcomm, Inc.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Lauren was a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she represented domestic and international clients in complex civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She also gained considerable experience advising company boards following internal investigations of shareholder demands. In addition, Lauren’s practice included substantial pro bono civil rights class action litigation on behalf of immigration detainees with indicia of mental health disabilities.
While attending New York University School of Law, Lauren worked at the Legal Aid Society, Juvenile Rights Practice as part of NYU Law’s Children’s Rights Clinic and served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Liberty and a Staff Editor for the Environmental Law Journal. Also while in law school, Lauren worked as a research assistant conducting research on attorney effectiveness in the development of Individualized Education Plans for children.
