BLB&G Partner Andrew Blumberg has been elected to the Delaware Court of Chancery Rules Committee. In this role, he joins an esteemed group of legal experts tasked with revising and updating the Court’s rules to ensure they remain clear, relevant, and aligned with the evolving needs of Chancery practice.
Andrew prosecutes corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation on behalf of the firm’s hedge fund and institutional investor clients out of the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Known as a fierce Court of Chancery litigator, Andrew has spearheaded groundbreaking corporate governance actions resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars returned to shareholders and critical corporate governance reforms, including cases involving Mindbody, Santander, and Warner Bros. Discovery Inc.
