BLB&G Partner Christopher Orrico contributed to the Horizon D&O Panel hosted by specialty insurance and reinsurance services provider Inigo on October 21. Joined by distinguished professionals, Christopher examined litigation challenges facing directors and officers of companies based in the United States and strategies for insurers, brokers, and legal advisors to mitigate these risks.
Christopher focuses on breach of fiduciary duty litigation against boards and executives as part of the firm's Corporate Governance practice. He has played a leading role in recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for investors and upholding shareholder rights in high-profile cases such as In re Mindbody, Inc. Stockholders Litigation and In re Columbia Pipeline Group, Inc., among others.
