BLB&G Partner Anya Freedman will serve as a panelist at the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys 2025 Legal Education Conference in Denver from June 24 to June 27. Alongside distinguished professionals, Anya will participate in two panel discussions: Public Pension Overview, Part I: “Benefits & Fiduciary Duty,” focusing on the legal framework for public pensions, and “The End of the Chevron Deference: Challenges and Opportunities for Public Pension Plans,” addressing the implications of the decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and its impact on public pension funds.
