BLB&G Senior Counsel Thomas James Teaches Seminar at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law

On April 6, 2023, BLB&G Partner Christopher Orrico and Senior Counsel Thomas James will be teaching a seminar at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. This event, as part of Professor Jennifer O’Hare’s Business Organizations class, will focus on recent developments in Delaware, as well as a review of Revlon.

Christopher frequently presents to law schools around the country discussing securities litigation, and recently co-taught a seminar at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law focusing on 10b5 cases and SPAC litigation. An alumnus of the law school, Christopher is also a member of BLB&G’s Corporate Governance and Shareholder Rights Group, and has both led and been a key member of teams that have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for investors, improved corporate governance practices at companies, and vindicated fundamental shareholder voting and franchise rights. In BLB&G’s New York office, Tom primarily prosecutes corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation on behalf of the firm's institutional investor clients. Tom was recently promoted to Senior Counsel and continues to serve as an integral member of the firm’s trial teams.
