On March 16, 2021 partner Adam Hollander participated on a panel that discussed the new administration’s approach to finance, financial regulation and ethics, touching upon the SEC, the Fed, disclosure, transparency, consumer protections, ESG and more. The discussion, hosted by the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity at Baruch College, took place as part of the Center’s 2021 Ethics Week.
Adam prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts. He has represented investors and corporations in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country.
