Former BLB&G Partner Sean Coffey participated in a panel on securities litigation at the 2008 PLUS D&O Symposium, an event held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York, NY on February 6th & 7th, 2008.
As a speaker on the panel entitled, “Securities Litigation: Class Actions, Derivative Suits and Enforcement Proceedings in 2007,” Mr. Coffey drew from his vast experience in successfully prosecuting many of the most high profile commercial litigations in recent history to shed light on new developments in this field and how they relate to D&O liability.
