Mark Lebovitch Selected One of Law360’s “Rising Stars”
March 8, 2013
In its 2013 list of “Rising Stars,” BLB&G partner Mark Lebovitch has been selected by Law360 as one of only 112 attorneys under the age of 40 nationally “whose legal accomplishments belie their age.”
Handpicked by Law360 editors reviewing the work of nearly 1000 attorneys from 23 different practice areas across the legal spectrum, Mr. Lebovitch was the only plaintiff-side attorney and one of only four other attorneys recognized for their accomplishments in the area of securities litigation.
Law360 will profile Mr. Lebovitch in the coming weeks as part of the publication’s “2013 Rising Stars” series.
The head of BLB&G’s Corporate Governance litigation practice group, Mr. Lebovitch focuses on derivative suits and transactional litigation. He has led a wide variety of groundbreaking shareholder litigations seeking to improve corporate governance practices and enforce the fiduciary obligations of corporate boards and officers. In addition, Mark has served as a senior member of teams prosecuting securities class actions that have recovered billions of dollars for shareholders.
