Salvatore Graziano Discusses Regulatory Action and Financial Firms at NYU’s Stern School of Business

Partner Sal Graziano was a speaker at the NYU Ross Roundtable, in cooperation with NERA Economic Consulting, entitled “Securities Litigation in the Crisis: Focus on Regulatory Action and Financial Firms.” The program was held on March 23, 2010 at the NYU School of Business, and featured a group of experts in the field of securities litigation.

Speaking alongside other esteemed professionals in the field, Mr. Graziano discussed the implications of the current economic crisis for shareholder litigation and regulatory enforcement. Among the topics discussed were the recent trends in class-action lawsuits and SEC settlements, research findings on securities litigation and enforcement, and expected developments in litigation, enforcement, and regulation.
