Sal Graziano Speaks at ABA's Section of Litigation Annual Conference

BLB&G Partner Salvatore Graziano spoke at the ABA's Section of Litigation Annual Conference on April 11-14, 2007 at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Graziano discussed "Litigation & Stock Option Backdating: Cases, Claims and Battlefield Issues," focusing primarily on how the backdating scandal became a hot litigation issue and the types of cases and claims to which it has given rise to.  He also profiled some of the major cases that have been filed and identified which ones will likely be battlefield litigation issues.

Mr. Graziano has over 10 years of experience in securities fraud civil litigation, achieving favorable decisions for investors nationwide.  Among his many achievements, he helped secure millions of dollars in recoveries in cases against Microstrategy, i2 Technologies, Aetna, Inc., and Arthur Andersen LLP.  He also helped achieve $460 million in total recoveries in a case against Raytheon Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
