Stockholders Litigation; City of Monroe Employees’ Retirement System v. Rupert Murdoch et al. (Twenty-First Century Fox Inc.); In re Vaalco Energy, Inc. Prior to joining BLB&G, Mr. Vielandi clerked at a Manhattan firm, where he assisted partners and associates with preparing SEC filings and transaction documents regarding the issuance of securities in private placements, employee compensation plans, limited public offerings, and other transactions.
