Sal Graziano Serves as President of the National Association of Shareholder & Consumer Attorneys

BLB&G partner Salvatore Graziano is currently serving his first term as the elected President of the National Association of Shareholder & Consumer Attorneys ("NASCAT"), which began January 1, 2011. With a membership roster comprising of some of the most prestigious firms and solo practitioners from within the plaintiffs' class action community, NASCAT is a trade and advocacy organization for attorneys interested in a strong system of federal and state legal protections for investors and consumers.
Mr. Graziano is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses primarily on securities fraud class actions. He is also one of the partners who oversees the Firm's Subprime Litigation Practice Group, which serves to protect and vindicate shareholder and consumer rights arising from the mortgage and mortgage-based security debt crisis. He is currently lead counsel in investor class actions against subprime mortgage originators Fremont General Corp. and New Century Financial Corp.
