BLB&G Announces New Partners and Senior Counsel for 2008

Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP is delighted to announce that former associates Hannah Greenwald Ross and Mark Lebovitch have become members of the firm, and former associates Beata Goyck-Farber, Niki Mendoza and Timothy DeLange have been promoted to Senior Counsel.

Ms. Ross’s practice at the firm focuses on securities fraud litigation, as well as derivative actions relating to stock option backdating. Mr. Lebovitch represents clients in several significant securities fraud cases and is actively involved in the firm's prosecution of highly successful M&A litigation, including lawsuits challenging officer and director conduct in the corporate transactional context.

Ms. Goyck-Farber and Ms. Mendoza are involved in all areas of the firm’s litigation practice, with particular emphasis on securities fraud actions, complex commercial litigation, and trial practice. Mr. DeLange focuses on complex litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.
