Ben Galdston Speaks at ABA’s 12th Annual National Institute on Securities Fraud

BLB&G partner Ben Galdston was a featured speaker at the American Bar Association’s 12th Annual National Institute on Securities Fraud in Salt Lake City, Utah. He joined an esteemed panel of experts who discussed recent securities lawsuits arising from the defense costs related to defending against SEC claims and the costs of internal investigations.

Mr. Galdston practices focuses on complex litigation, securities fraud class actions, and derivative and corporate governance matters.
