Jeroen van Kwawegen Discusses Securities Class Actions at New York City Bar Conference

BLB&G Partner Jeroen van Kwawegen was a featured speaker at the New York City Bar Association’s 6th Annual Securities Litigation Enforcement Institute on Wednesday, March 14, 2018.

The conference provided a comprehensive overview of recent trends, developments and cutting-edge issues in securities litigation and enforcement. The panels include prominent securities litigators, senior in-house counsel at major financial institutions and corporations, nationally recognized trial lawyers, jury consultants, and economists.

Mr. van Kwawegen was joined by an esteemed panel of legal experts who took a statistical look at recent trends in securities case filings.

A senior member of the firm’s Corporate Governance Litigation team, his practice also focuses on the fiduciary duties of boards of directors and senior executives, shareholder activism, and regulatory compliance.
