Max Berger & Salvatore Graziano Participates in the 3rd Annual Securities Litigation and Enforcement Institute

BLB&G partners Max Berger and Salvatore Graziano participated in the 3rd Annual Securities Litigation and Enforcement Institute on Monday, November 17, 2014 at the New York City Bar Center. Mr. Berger was a member of the panel entitled “Securities Class Actions in a Post-Haliburton World; and Mr. Graziano was on the panel entitled “Trial of a Securities Case.”

Mr. Berger supervises the firm's litigation practice and prosecutes class and individual actions on behalf of the firm's clients. He has litigated many of the firm's most high-profile and significant cases, and has negotiated six of the largest securities fraud settlements in history, each in excess of a billion dollars: Cendant ($3.3 billion); Citigroup–WorldCom ($2.575 billion); Bank of America/Merrill Lynch ($2.425 billion); JPMorgan Chase–WorldCom ($2 billion); Nortel ($1.3 billion); and McKesson ($1.04 billion).

With over seventeen years of experience, Mr. Graziano's practice focuses primarily on securities fraud class actions. Mr. Graziano is a member of the firm's Management Committee. He has previously served as the President of the National Association of Shareholder & Consumer Attorneys, and has served as a member of the Financial Reporting Committee and the Securities Regulation Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
