David Stickney Featured in Panel Discussing Mortgage Crisis

BLB&G partner David Stickney discussed the mortgage foreclosure crisis in a program sponsored by the Federal Bar Council. The panel discussion took place from 5:45 to 7:45 pm on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse in New York City.

Mr. Stickney, alongside an esteemed panel of legal experts, shed light on both the substantive and procedural issues that have emerged out of the mortgage crisis.

Mr. Stickney specializes in complex litigation at both the trial court and appellate levels. He also lectures on securities litigation and shareholder matters and has authored several articles regarding these subjects. He is currently representing investors and individuals who were harmed by the fraudulent practices that ultimately led to the subprime mortgage collapse, in a variety of actions against mortgage lenders, investment banks, and other participants. Mr. Stickney has also been named a “Litigation Star” in Benchmark – The Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms & Attorneys.
