Sal Graziano Discusses Federal Litigation and Securities Regulation at New York City Bar

BLB&G partner Salvatore Graziano served as a speaker for the, "Federal Litigation & Securities Regulation after Morrison: Current Developments & Transnational Strategies," which was held on Monday, April 25, 2011 at the New York Bar Center.

Mr. Graziano joined an expert faculty of highly experienced securities litigators and commentators to discuss important developments in securities and other federal litigation following Morrison. Drawing from his extensive experience, he shed light on procedural mechanics and offered strategic advice pertaining to the prosecution of cases involving transnational fraud within the U.S. and beyond.

With over fifteen years of experience, Mr. Graziano's practice focuses primarily on securities fraud class actions.  He is one of the partners who oversees the Firm's Subprime Litigation Practice Group, which serves to protect and vindicate shareholder and consumer rights arising from the mortgage meltdown and subsequent financial crisis. Mr. Graziano is currently serving as the President of the National Association of Shareholder & Consumer Attorneys.
