BLB&G partner Jerry Silk participated as a panelist in Advisen's "Year-End Securities Litigation Review" webinar, which was held on January 21, 2011.
Mr. Silk participated in the panel entitled, "Securities Litigation and the D&O Market Wrap-Up," where he will be joined by other distinguished panelists who will review the securities suits filed in 2010 and explore what can be expected in 2011.
Mr. Silk's practice focuses on representing public pension funds and other institutional investors on matters involving federal and state securities laws, accountants' liability and the fiduciary duties of corporate officials. Mr. Silk oversees the firm's new matter department, in which he, along with a group of financial analysts and investigators, counsels clients on potential legal claims.
