Once again, Lawdragon, a national legal periodical, has named BLB&G partners Max Berger and Jerry Silk among its list of the "500 Leading Lawyers in America." The list is comprised of an "amazing group of attorneys," and represents less than 1% of the legal profession. Selection is based on a combination of written submissions, online votes, and editorial research by Lawdragon.
The publication dubs BLB&G “the most nimble and effective securities practice in the nation,” having obtained some of the largest securities recoveries in history as well as meaningful corporate governance reform on behalf of investors worldwide.
