Douglas M. McKeige
Mr. McKeige received a B.A., cum laude, in Economics from
Tufts University in 1979 and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University in
1986, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Articles
Editor of the Tulane Law Review.
Mr. McKeige prosecutes securities fraud class actions on behalf of the firm and counsels
institutional investors with respect to the prosecution of federal and state securities claims.
He has successfully prosecuted many significant federal securities class actions including
In re 3Com Corporation Securities Litigation
which resulted in a $259 million settlement -- the largest in Ninth Circuit history.
Mr. McKeige is an expert on financial markets, securities trading and financial reporting.
A popular speaker and lecturer, he is a member of the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys,
the National Council on Teacher Retirement and the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement
Systems.
