Mr. Jubenville received a B.A. in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology,
with distinction, in 2000 from the University of Colorado, where he was a member of
Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in
2003, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review.
Mr. Jubenville’s practice focuses on complex securities litigation.
He was part of the team that successfully prosecuted
In re Williams Securities
Litigation, which resulted in a $311 million cash settlement against defendants,
including $21 million from Ernst & Young LLP. Currently, Mr. Jubenville is a member of the
teams prosecuting In re Accredo Health, Inc. Securities Litigation,
In re Dura Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Securities Litigation and Turnley
et al. v. Bank of America, N.A. et al.
