Laura H. Gundersheim
Ms. Gundersheim received her B.A, magna cum
laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001, where she
was Phi Beta Kappa, and received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2004.
While at Harvard, Ms. Gundersheim was a founding member and the Vice-President
of the Harvard Advocates for Reproductive Choices and an executive committee
member of the Women’s Law Journal. In addition, she worked at the
Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, Health Law Advocates, The Hale & Dorr
Legal Services Center and the Tenant Advocacy Project.
Since graduating from
law school, Ms. Gundersheim's practice has included securities fraud and
shareholder derivative litigation on behalf of institutional investor clients,
as well as consumer fraud, copyright infringement, and employment
discrimination litigation. She was an
integral part of the team that prosecuted the landmark In Re Walt Disney
Derivative Litigation which redefined the fiduciary duties of directors in
public companies.
She is currently a member of the teams prosecuting

Ms. Gundersheim is a member of the New York Bar Association’s
Consumer Affairs Committee and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.
