Todd Clayton is a BLB&G associate prosecuting complex litigation cases. He practices out of the firm’s New York office.

Prior to joining BLB&G, Todd was a senior associate at WilmerHale, where he specialized in complex commercial disputes. He also maintained an active pro bono practice in constitutional and civil rights litigation. 

Todd received his J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School, where he served on the Board of Student Advisers and was a teaching assistant in legal research and writing. He also interned for the American Civil Liberties Union’s LGBTQ & HIV Project. Before law school, Todd received an M.A. in Theology from Union Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Point Loma Nazarene University.
