(total recoveries in excess of $460 million); In re Refco Sec. Litig. (S.D.N.Y.) (total recoveries in excess of $400 million); In re MicroStrategy, Inc. Sec. Litig. (E.D. Va.) (total recoveries in excess of $150 million); In re Bristol Myers Squibb Co. Sec. Litig. (S.D.N.Y.) (total recovery of $125 million); and In re New Century (C.D. Cal.) Mr. Graziano is a member of the firm's Management Committee. He has previously served as the President of the National Association of Shareholder & Consumer Attorneys, and has served as a member of the Financial Reporting Committee and the Securities Regulation Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Graziano served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
