Ms. Felong practices out of the firm's San Diego office, where she focuses on securities litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients, including prosecuting securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights matters. She is currently a member of the teams prosecuting a securities fraud class actions against Apollo Education Group, Inc. and CTI BioPharma Corp., and the team representing prominent institutional investors, including BlackRock and PIMCO, against six financial-crisis era RMBS trustee banks in ten cases pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, New York Supreme Court, and California Superior Court.  She was also a member of the team that prosecuted In re Genworth Financial, Inc. Securities Litigation, which settled for $219 million.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Felong litigated insurance defense cases at a prominent San Diego litigation boutique firm.  She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable J. Margaret Mann of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of California. 

While in law school, Ms. Felong served as Comments Editor for the San Diego Law Review. A published author, her article, “Labor Board Critical of Speech Restrictions,” appeared in The Recorder in 2012.  She is also the author of the “The No Excuses Gluten Free Cookbook.”
