BLB&G Announces New Partners and Promotions for 2009

Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP is delighted to announce that effective January 1, 2009, Beata Gocyk-Faber and Timothy DeLange, both formerly Senior Counsel to BLB&G, will become members of the firm, and former associate Jai Chandrasekhar will begin his new role as Senior Counsel.
Ms. Gocyk-Farber is in charge of the firm’s European business development and is involved in all areas of the firm's litigation practice, with particular emphasis on securities fraud actions, complex commercial litigation, and trial practice.
Mr. DeLange practices out of the firm’s California office, where he focuses on complex litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.
Mr. Chandrasekhar practices out of the firm's New York office, where he primarily focuses on complex securities fraud actions and patent litigation.
