Hannah Ross Participates in PLI’s Securities Offerings 2016 Seminar

BLB&G partner Hannah Ross was a featured speaker in the Practising Law Institute’s Securities Offerings 2016: A Public Offering: How it is Done seminar on March 11, 2016 at the PLI New York Center in Manhattan.  She joined an esteemed panel of other legal experts to discuss the basics of securities offerings within the framework created by the Securities Act of 1933, providing a unique perspective on the topic as a plaintiffs’ attorney.

Ms. Ross is involved in a variety of the firm’s litigation practice areas, focusing in particular on securities fraud, corporate governance, shareholder rights and other complex commercial matters.
