Partner Beata Gocyk-Farber was a featured speaker at the Institutional Investor Institute's UK & Ireland Pension Funds Meeting, which was held at the Pennyhill Park Hotel in Bagshot, Surrey, England on June 15-16, 2009.

Ms. Gocyk-Farber participated in a panel discussion examining the fallout from the recent subprime meltdown and credit crisis, with an eye towards investor loss recovery and how to help prevent the occurrence of future economic disasters. She also discussed litigation tools for shareholders caught in the crisis, and the current landscape for European investors seeking to be plaintiffs in U.S. litigation.
