Sal Graziano Speaks About Financial Institution Liabilities and Insurance Issues at New York City Bar Center

BLB&G partner Salvatore Graziano served as a panelist in the New York City Bar Center for CLE conference entitled, “Financial Institution Liabilities & Risks & Related Insurance Issues,” held on October 21, 2008, in New York City.

Mr. Graziano participated in the panel entitled “Corporate Management Liability & Shareholder Litigation,” drawing from years of experience as a trial attorney to address risks and liabilities currently facing financial institutions and the insurance issues raised by the risks.

Mr. Graziano’s practice focuses primarily on securities fraud class actions.  He is also one of the partners who oversees the Firm’s Subprime Litigation Practice Group, which serves to protect and vindicate shareholder and consumer rights arising from the mortgage and mortgage-based security debt crisis.  He is currently lead counsel in investor class actions against subprime mortgage originators Fremont General Corp. and New Century Financial Corp.
