Max Berger Participates in DRI's Corporate Counsel Roundtable Event

BLB&G senior partner Max Berger served as a panelist at DRI's "Corporate Counsel Roundtable: New Demands on GCs and CEOs in a Post-Enron Era," which took place at the St. Regis Hotel on January 24, 2008, in New York City.

Mr. Berger participated in the panel entitled, "Where Corporate America is Vulnerable," and provided a plaintiff's perspective on the topic by drawing from his extensive experience as a leading plaintiff's attorney in the field of securities litigation.  Mr. Berger has served as lead counsel in several of the largest and most high-profile cases in history, such as In re WorldCom Securities Litigation, In re Cendant Corporation Securities Litigation, In re Nortel Networks Corporation Securities Litigation, and In re McKesson HBOC, Inc. Securities Litigation, recovering billions of dollars in settlements for defrauded investors.
