BLB&G Partner Greg Varallo to Serve as Panelist at Tulane’s 36th Annual Corporate Law Institute

On March 8, 2024, BLB&G partner Greg Varallo will speak at Tulane’s 36th Annual Corporate Law Institute. Recognized as one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences in the country, the event brings together the best and brightest M&A and securities practitioners, Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery judiciary, leading corporate counsel, and Wall Street investment bankers. Greg will join fellow legal experts on the panel “Conflicts, Controllers, Entire Fairness & Delaware.”

The prestigious two-day event will be followed by Tulane Law School’s Eighth Annual Tulane Corporate and Securities Roundtable. There, some of the country’s leading scholars on corporate and securities law of scholarly works in progress will discuss emerging legal issues corporate and securities regulation.

Greg heads BLB&G's Delaware office, specializing in protecting investor rights and trying cases in Delaware and around the U.S. Greg's cases, while primarily derivative and class actions, also include plaintiffs’ side business-to-business disputes, fiduciary litigation in Bankruptcy Court, and, where appropriate, ADR. Greg has served as lead counsel or co-lead counsel on some of the firm’s most significant cases. Most recently, Greg served as co-lead counsel in Tornetta v.
