at the 2008 PLUS D&O Symposium, an event to be held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York,
NY on February 6th & 7th, 2008.
As a speaker on the panel entitled, “Securities Litigation: Class Actions,

trial, including In re WorldCom, Inc. Securities Litigation
and BFA Liquidation Trust v. Arthur Andersen, LLP,
achieving billions of dollars in record-breaking recoveries for defrauded
investors. In both of these cases, Mr. Coffey took the same defendant--
former Big Four accounting firm Arthur Andersen LLP-- to trial, obtaining a
$65 million recovery from Andersen for its role as Worldcom's former auditor; and a $217 million settlement
in the BFA Liquidation Trust case. Mr. Coffey currently serves as court-appointed Lead
Counsel representing investors in the Omnicom,
HealthSouth,
