In re Physician's Computer Network, Inc. Securities Litigation
(United States District Court for the District of New Jersey)

Securities fraud class action filed on behalf of all persons who purchased or acquired the common stock of Physician Computer Network, Inc. from February 21, 1996 through April 1, 1998, inclusive. The action alleges that defendants publicly disseminated and filed with the SEC false and misleading financial statements throughout the class period.

The action was settled against the Company for $21.15 million. The firm represented the State of Wisconsin Investment Board as lead plaintiff in this action.
