Mr. Graziano, an experienced trial attorney, has taken a leading role in a number of major securities fraud class actions over the past seventeen years on behalf of institutional investors and hedge funds nationwide. These high profile cases include In re Raytheon Sec. Litig. (D. Mass.) (total recoveries in excess of $460 million); In re Refco Sec. Litig. (S.D.N.Y.) (total recoveries in excess of $400 million); In re MicroStrategy, Inc. Sec. Litig. (E.D. Va.) (total recoveries in excess of $150 million); In re Bristol Myers Squibb Co. Sec. Litig. (S.D.N.Y.) (total recovery of $125 million); and In re New Century (C.D. Cal.) (total recoveries of approximately $125 million).

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Graziano served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

Mr. Graziano regularly lectures on securities fraud litigation and shareholder rights.
