s. Sinderson's practice focuses on securities fraud and class action litigation. She is currently a member of the teams prosecuting In re Bank of America Securities Litigation and In re Wilmington Trust Securities Litigation.  Ms. Sinderson has been a member of the litigation teams on several of the firm's significant recent recoveries, including In re Washington Mutual, Inc. Securities Litigation, which resulted in a recovery of $208.5 million, In re Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. Securities Litigation, which resulted in a recovery of $125 million, as well as In re Biovail Corporation Securities Litigation, which resulted in a recovery of $138 million for defrauded investors and represents the second largest recovery in any securities case involving a Canadian issuer.
