s. Lipton’s practice focuses on complex commercial and appellate litigation. Following law school, Ms. Lipton clerked for Chief Judge Edward R. Becker of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and Associate Justice David H. Souter of the United States Supreme Court. She has also served as an adjunct professor of legal writing at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
