r. Hasson has extensive experience prosecuting class actions with a focus on securities fraud, complex commercial, M&A, and healthcare related litigation. He is currently a member of the firm's new matter department in which he, along with a team of attorneys, financial analysts, forensic accountants, and investigators counsels the firm's institutional clients on potential legal claims.
While in law school, he was selected as a Heyman Scholar at the Samuel and Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance.
