r. Brodsky is an experienced trial attorney specializing in securities fraud, corporate governance and shareholder rights litigation.

Mr. Brodsky has litigated a wide array of securities class actions, as well as breach of fiduciary duty actions, including In re Medical Capital Holdings Corp. Securities Litigation, In re Lehman Brothers Securities Litigation, and In re NYMEX Shareholder Litigation, among many others. He was also extensively involved in litigating In re Insurance Brokerage Antitrust Litigation, a major antitrust action involving the commercial insurance industry.  Prior to joining the firm, his practice also included complex commercial and business litigation.

Mr. Brodsky is currently a member of the teams prosecuting Public Employees Retirement System of Mississippi, et al. vs. Goldman Sachs Group., Inc., et al and Dexia, Inc., et al. v. Deutsche Bank AG.

Mr. Brodsky is the co-author of the article “The Dell Case: The Doors to The Courts Close Further For Investors,” published by Thomson Reuters/Aspatore (2008); he is also the author of “The Time Is Right For Mid-Size Public Or Union Pensions Funds To Be Lead Plaintiffs In Securities Class Actions,”  published by Investment Management Weekly (2008) and "Case Study: Scott v. ZST Digital Networks Inc.," published by Law360 (March 2012).

Mr. Brodsky is a member of the Securities Litigation and the Class Action and Derivative Suits Committees of the American Bar Association.
