s. Boon practices out of the New York office, where she prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance and shareholder rights litigation for the firm's institutional investor clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Boon was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where she represented clients in securities litigation, ERISA litigation, contract disputes, international arbitration, white collar crime and criminal appeals.

Ms. Boon is currently a member of the teams prosecuting In re State Street Corporation Securities Litigation; La. Firefighters Ret. Sys., et al. v. Northern Trust Investments, N.A., et al.; Dexia, et al. v. Deutsche Bank AG, et al.; Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America v. Deutsche Bank AG, et al.; and Allstate v. Morgan Stanley.
