r. Bien-Willner focuses his practice on complex litigation in federal and state courts nationwide.  In particular, Mr. Bien-Willner has significant experience representing public institutional investors in federal securities actions, from the initial case investigation stage through successful resolution.
Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Bien-Willner was in-house counsel for a real estate holding company where he advised on legal and business matters and participated in a wide range of business litigation.
